ECLIPSE HOUSE
This single-storey masonry building features a principal elevation displaying simple Art Deco elements, characterized by multi-paned steel-framed windows with rendered sills. The façade is divided into three sections, each topped with pitched roofs clad in corrugated metal. The central section slightly projects, with main doors flanked by two circular columns at a raised entrance porch, which is topped by a flat canopy with curved corners. A later addition on the southeastern end features roller doors and vent openings.
